Welcome to the MP Health Office
My name is Rodevina, I go by Vina, and I am the School Nurse at Meridian Park Elementary School. I joined the Shoreline School District in 2025. Before I joined MP, I worked in a clinical setting supporting families from many diverse cultures and backgrounds. Hablo Español.
I kindly ask that you keep me updated on any changes to your child’s health, including:
- Updated immunizations
- Fractures, sprains, or injuries
- Any physical activity restrictions related to injuries or conditions.
- Recent surgeries
- New medical or mental health conditions
- New or changed medications
We can help with school accommodations, even if it's only temporary. Please bring us or fax us the documentation or care instructions from your child’s health care provider so we can support your child safely and appropriately.
